Established in September 2007, Sunsets At The Bay manages the food, beverage and entertainment operations within the 4 ½ star Oaks Pacific Blue Resort.

Sunsets at the Bay is located in the heart of Port Stephens, Salamander Bay, and is an easy 2 ½ hour drive from Sydney and 20 minutes from Williamtown, Newcastle Airport.

Sunsets at the Bay comprises first class conferencing facilities, premium fine dining in the À La Carte restaurant, gourmet buffet selection, relaxing Alfresco dining, and excellent bar facilities.

Hi There!
I recently came to a friends wedding at Oaks Pacific Blue. The whole day was absolutely amazing!
You guys should be so proud of the lovely establishment you have there!
The reason for my email is in regards to the food we were served at the wedding.
The bride and groom chose to just have finger food that was served from table to table.
There was one item in particular that I haven't been able to stop thinking about.
We were served some sort of noodle dish in a tiny little noodle box.
I'm pretty sure it was a vegetarian dish as there wasn't any meat in it.
I just wanted to know what the dish was called and do you serve it as a take away meal??
They were the nicest noodles i have ever had!
